	Condensate Chambers Imperial Condensate Chambers are designed to trap condensate and foreign matter that may accumulate in gaseous service lines. They are also effective for providing a liquid seal on steam and corrosive service lines. Condensate chambers are available in schedule 40, XH and XXH pipe schedules and are considered to have the same pressure rating as similar wall thickness pipe of the same material. Standard connections are ½" fnpt top and bottom. Other quantities and sizes of connections are available.
	Straightening Vanes Imperial Straightening Vanes are designed to be installed in piping upstream of an orifice plate. When used with recommended minimum pipe lengths, they reduce flow disturbances caused by upstream piping configurations or valves. Imperial manufactures both line mounted and flanged models in carbon steel and 304 and 316 stainless steel. Every vane is built to the requirements of API 14.3 and ISO 5167. The flanged model is secured between upstream pipe flanges. Line models are installed inside of piping and secured with set screws which are threaded through the exterior wall of the piping.
	Bleed Rings Imperial Bleed Rings are manufactured and designed for installation within the bold circle of raised face flanges. One ½" fnpt tap is provided in each ring. Standard material is carbon steel but other materials are available on request. While primarily used to bleed gas or liquid from a line, they may also be manufactured with a full flange diameter for a substitute for orifice flanges. Prices for these units are available on request.
	Spectacle Blinds Imperial Spectacle Blinds thicknesses are in accordance with API 590 to assure that these units will withstand the temperature and pressure of an ANSI rated flange. Carbon steel units are available from stock. 304 and 316 stainless steel units are also readily available. Other materials are available on request.
	Spool Pieces Imperial Spool Pieces are manufactured per customer's specifications. We manufacture spool pieces per specific overall length, flanged ends or beveled ends. Materials of construction are Carbon Steel, all types of stainless steel, and other materials.
